Have you ever wondered what is an "I", the self ,the consciousness that emanates from some place behind your eyeballs, which is safely guarded by a skull and " in some most mysterious manner, springs only from the organic chemistry,or perhaps quantum mechanics, of processes that take place in carbon-based biological brains".GEB refutes this view as "parochial" and "bio-chauvinistic".

What if the meaning lies inside a media - a book, this article, a tape which consists of a sufficient complex pattern that can somehow catalyze your brain which just reflects the pattern..this magical leap from "non- semantic to semantic from meaningless to meaningful" is not the handywork of brain but a self- conscious pattern.

Godel showed that any system designed to reveal truth about numbers would also reveal truths about itself whether or not it wants you to see..and thus become self- aware..
And so the famous treatise of Bertrand Russell, so carefully designed to keep self-referencing which might lead to self-contradiction thereby destroying the foundation of mathematics , was also infected by the dreaded virus of being self-aware as shown by the young Austrian..
So,do we still believe that mind is over matter or mind is made up of mere matter which it tries to perceive/conquer. ..
